• 22 Bed Capacity 2 level home
  • 10 bed capacity at Third Line, 5 Female and 5 Male Residents
  • 12 bed capacity at Mill St- all Male Residents
• Bedrooms at lower level
• All other shared amenities are on the main floor
• 2-3 beds in a room, each bed has 3 drawers, a headboard, a bedside table and each person has its own lockable built in closet
• Male and Female Occupancy on a separate wing with its own male and female separate washroom.
• Lounge located on the lower level with easy access to back garden
• Each resident is entitled to a storage compartment for seasonal clothing.
• 2 TV one in the living room and one in the lounge room
• Residents fridge will be at lounge room for personal short time storage of comfort food.
• Resident’s phone for personal use will be located in the living room with second phone in the lounge.
• Internet access on wifi, a laptop can be borrowed from the office for personal use.
